Jackson Lee is a 23-year-old driver from Indianapolis and Avon, Indiana who has raced in NASCAR, sports cars and single-seat formula cars. He is a multi-race winner in FRP F1600 & the Lucas Oil Formula Car Series, a 2020 Team USA Scholarship winner, a top-five finisher in USF Pro 2000 and a multi-race winner in the Pro/Am class in IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo.  In 2026, Jackson competed in the four road/street course races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Jackson began on short ovals in USAC Quarter Midgets just prior to turning 8, where he earned two championships before moving to karting & road course racing at 11, which included 2nd & 3rd place championship finishes.

In December 2018, Jackson won a scholarship in the Cooper Tires Karting Shootout at Sebring with the Lucas Oil School of Racing. In 2019, Jackson finished 4th in the Lucas Oil Formula Car Series championship with 2 wins, 6 podiums, fastest lap in 3 races & 1 pole.  He led the championship through much of the 1st half and remained in contention until the final weekend.  A one-off weekend in the FRP F1600 Championship for RiceRace included a pole and 2nd place finish.

2020 started with a 2nd place finish at Road America in the SCCA June Sprints & included plans for a full-season championship bid in FRP F1600 with RiceRace. Through 12 of 18 rounds , he had 2 wins, 7 podiums and 2 fastest laps and was 2nd in points.  Winning the prestigious Team USA Scholarship meant an end to the F1600 season in favor of 3 major events in England with Low Dempsey Racing, which included a podium in his heat in the Formula Ford Festival, 10th in the Final (out of 50 entered), 4th in a heat in the Walter Hayes Trophy, & reaching the Grand Final (out of 103 entries) before being collected in a crash. 

In 2021, Jackson moved to The Road to Indy and The Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship contesting 15 of 18 races for Jay Howard Driver Development with a season-high finish of 9th at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Road Course and a best starting position of 5th. He had the fastest lap in one race and won the Tilton Hard Charger Award for most positions gained in 2 races.  

The 2022 season was spent with Cape Motorsports in USF2000.  Highlights included posting the 2nd fastest lap in the Fall ’21 test event at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway,  crossing the line a close 5th at Road America, a 7th place finish at St. Petersburg plus three more top 10 results. The season ended early with only 13 of 18 rounds completed after being collected in an extensive crash.  2023 saw a move up to USF Pro 2000 with Turn 3 Motorsport for 11 of the 18 races and a best finish of 5th at Sebring.  

In 2024, Jackson added sports car racing in the IMSA VP SportsCar Challenge and IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge in GT4 cars and IMSA Lamborghini Super Trofeo. In 6 VPC races over 2024 & 2025, he finished 2nd three times, had a fastest lap and led the most laps in a race. In Super Trofeo, he has 3 class wins (2nd overall 2x) and 2 additional podiums. He also has raced and helped manage programs and in the World Racing League and Zenith Racing Series with multiple podiums in a Sebeco NP01 prototype. 

Jackson’s first experience in a stock car of any kind was in the first-ever street race in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at the Streets of St. Petersburg event in 2026. He also raced at Watkins Glen, the San Diego America 250 event on the Coronado Naval Base and Lime Rock, all for Team Reaume in Ford F-150. An early mechanical at Watkins Glen negated a chance at a good result, but he raced inside the top 10 in the final stage at San Diego before getting collected and moved from last after qualifying was cancelled at St Petersburg inside the top 20 until getting turned from behind. At Lime Rock, a 13th place finish was the best-ever result for the team on a non oval and the best result of any kind in 2026.

In 2027, Jackson plans to race in a combined NASCAR and sports car program. 

Jackson also works as an instructor for the Skip Barber Racing School and serves as a driving coach for clients in formula cars and sports cars.
