Indy 500 VIP Weekend

Join us for a one-of-a-kind Race for RP INDY 500 VIP WEEKEND to help fund research, awareness and education for Relapsing Polychondritis and other autoimmune conditions!  Guests will enjoy access to events and experiences associated with the 108th Indianapolis 500 that typically are not available, including:

  • Hotel accommodations will be provided for guests at the sold out downtown Indianapolis Hilton for 3 nights, Friday May 24th-Monday May 27th. The hotel is located at 120 West Market Street in downtown Indianapolis. 

FRIDAY, MAY 24 (5-8pm)

      • On Friday evening, guests are invited to “The Hinchtown Happy Hour” at Root & Bone restaurant.  Join James Hinchcliffe & friends for a private/ticket-only Indy 500 preview from 5-8pm. The evening will feature complimentary food and drink with top-shelf bourbon and wine tastings and a sample of Root & Bone’s award-winning menu. Plus, unique auction items, special surprise guests & more!  The evening benefits The Stop & Go Foundation & The Relapshing Polychondritis Foundation and autoimmune disease research.
        • About James Hinchcliffe: “Hinch” raced 11 seasons in INDYCAR with 16 podiums, 6 wins, 2 most popular driver awards. After a life-threatening practice crash in 2015 that ended his season, James returned in 2016 to win the pole position as the fastest qualifier for the Indy 500.  He is also a “Dancing with the Stars” runner-up, a commentator for NBC Sports and F1 TV and an active sports car driver in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship for the Pfaff McLaren GTD Pro team.  

    SATURDAY, MAY 25

        • Saturday at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway will give guests an early opportunity to experience The Indianapolis Motor Speedway in a more casual and intimate atmosphere with suite access for Legends Day. This amazing behind-the-scenes look includes a view of the driver’s meeting, the pre-race and NBC rehearsal and a VIP garage tour. The morning begins with an autograph session with the current Indy 500 field plus legends from previous 500s. The air-conditioned suite is available with food and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for your enjoyment. Dress is “track” casual.

        • Ever wonder what a race team does the night before a big race?  That’s easy – they have a party and entertain their top sponsors and partners!  Guests will be invited to join Dreyer & Reinbold/Cusick Motorsports and their drivers Ryan Hunter-Reay and Conor Daly at a premier downtown venue as they relax and get ready for the big race.  Complete with heavy appetizers for dinner, drinks and networking, this exclusive, invitation-only event will be something you can’t experience anywhere else. Dress is business casual.

      SUNDAY, MAY 26  THE 108TH RUNNING OF THE INDIANAPOLIS 500

          • Are you ready to watch The Greatest Spectacle in Racing and largest single-day sporting event in the world with over 300,000 of your closest friends?  Worried about the traffic? No problem, we’ve got you covered! On race day, guests will enjoy a police escorted ride to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in a comfortable, air-conditioned motor coach with snacks and drinks. After the race, the motor coach will drop guests off back at the hotel. 

          • Each guest will receive suite passes to the 108th Indianapolis 500 with indoor and outdoor seating plus exclusive, hard-to-get pre-race grid passes. The fully air-conditioned suites come stocked with a full bar, breakfast, lunch and snacks, and big screen TV with a closed circuit feed of the on-track action so you won’t miss any of the race.  Dress is casual.  

        TICKET COSTS

            • Single occupancy tickets are $4,600 per person 

            • Double occupancy tickets are $3,900 per person

            • Local residents who do not need hotel or race day transfers can buy tickets for the events only for $2,750 per person

          WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET COST?

          The following is not included in the cost of the ticket and are not provided:

              • Airfare/travel to Indianapolis

              • Transfers from the Indianapolis International Airport to the hotel

              • Transfers from the hotel to the Indianapolis International Airport

              • Breakfast or lunch on Friday.

              • Breakfast on Saturday

              • Dinner on Sunday after the race (but there are many amazing restaurants in Indy’s downtown. Reservations are recommended).
